Interesting questions and thoughts from Week 2:

--Is an atom still electronegative if when it has extra bonds and electrons on it?

--All a-helices are NOT amphipathic.

--The most optimal configuration between two peptide plates is R-groups trans to each other, but is this always the case?

--In a-helices, neighboring residues form hydrogen bonds to each other along the polypeptide backbone whereas in b-sheets, the residues may be very far apart in sequence.
