Tutorial for the Projector Augmented Wave Method

And here's the HTML version (3/30/00).

To do:

• Finish polishing up what I have done so far on the tutorial
• Add a section on crystal structure calculations to the tutorial, starting with a basic Si cell, and then doing a more complicated Fe cell (hopefully!)
• Make the HTML version a little cleaner. I used Latex2HTML for this purpose, but I still need to fix some conversion problems.
• Look into a GUI for the program and update the tutorial accordingly.
• Update tutorial for the newest version of PAW.
